Eckert Seamans Starts Aviation Practice

Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellot has expanded its Washington, D.C., office with the addition of five attorneys from Condon & Forsyth.

The three members and two associates will form the firm’s newly created aviation and aerospace law practice. The members are Evelyn Sahr, Thomas Whalen and John Delaney. 

The associates are Philip Livingston and Meaghan Molinini.The firm has also added two attorneys to its Boston office in the past few weeks.  William P. Breen Jr. and Elizabeth M. Simon have joined the firm’s litigation and business divisions respectively.

Breen joined as a partner and focuses his practice on business, product liability and civil rights litigation matters.Simon joined as an associate and practices in the area of high tech and emerging growth companies.
