Pepper Shakes Up Litigation Dept. Leadership
Pepper Hamilton has made several changes to the leadership of one of its most well-known practices, the litigation and dispute resolution department.
Frances P. Devine III, current chairman of the firm’s commercial litigation practice, and Laurence Z. Shiekman, chairman of the firm’s finance committee, will take over as co-chairmen of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution department, effective July 1.
They will take over for outgoing chairpersons George A. Lehner, vice-chairman of the firm’s executive committee, and Barbara Mather, who recently took over as general counsel of the firm.
Amy B. Ginensky, a relatively new addition to Pepper Hamilton and current leader of the firm’s new media and communications practice, will take over as chairwoman of the commercial litigation practice. She will maintain her role as head of the media group.
“Frank and Larry’s experience and track records as outstanding litigators will help us reach the next level of success in effecting our strategic intent of attracting and winning large, sophisticated client matters,” Pepper Hamilton Chairwoman Nina Gussack said in a statement.
All of the changes are effective July 1.
